1. This Promotion is open to residents of England, Wales and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Cider of Sweden Limited), their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.


2. Promotion Period: Participate between 00:01 31/07/23 and 23:59 on 3/11/23.


3. Purchase of Promotional Packs required, Promotional Packs subject to availability.


4. Maximum of one Prize per person.


5. To participate: Find the Promotional Packs in your local participating Tesco during the Promotion Period. Purchase 1 Promotional Pack during the Promotion Period. Follow instructions on-pack to access the promotional microsite and upload one unique codes along with your name and email address during the Promotion Period for each entry. There is one unique code per Promotional Pack. Each unique code may only be used once. Winners will find out immediately if and what they have won. The prizes will be delivered by email separately from the winner notification.


6. Promotional Packs: There are 268,200 Promotional Packs each with a unique code. The Promotional Packs are across the following SKUs:

a. Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime 330ml Cider 4-packs;

b. Kopparberg Mixed Fruit 330ml Cider 4-packs;

c. Kopparberg Mixed Fruit Tropical 330ml Cider 4-packs;

d. Kopparberg Cherry 440ml Cider 4-packs; and

e. Kopparberg Strawberry & Pineapple Cider 4-packs


7. Prize: There are 4,585 Prizes to be won. There are 415 x £10 Tesco Digital Gift Cards, which must be redeemed by October 2026, and 4,170 x £5 Tesco Digital Gift Cards, which must be used within 5 years from the date the card iswas activated. Tesco Digital Gift Cards can’t be used on purchases of baby milk, pharmacy products, lottery tickets, stamps, tobacco, phonecards, and gift vouchers and terms of use can be found [here].


8. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.


9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

11. Winner selection and notification: A set of 4,585 winning moments from throughout the Promotion Period have been randomly generated. Each winning moment has been allocated a prize – either a £10 Tesco Digital Gift Card or a £5 Tesco Digital Gift Card. Entrants who submit their entry on or first after one of the winning moments will win a Prize. If no one makes a valid entry between one winning moment and the next, the Prize will be rolled over and the oldest rolled over prize will be awarded to the next eligible entrant. No guarantee all prizes will be won. Prize Winners will be notified immediately on screen that they have won a prize and will be sent their prize to the address details they gave when entering. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time ifn case they are a winner.


12. Prize delivery details: Prize vouchers will be sent by email within 10 minutes of on-screen win notification. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure the correct details are provided on the entry form. I as if a voucher code is sent to an incorrect email address the Promoter will not be able to recover the prize.


13. Further Prize details:

a. Once a voucher has been issued, no changes or amendments can be made;

b. Any queries on validity of the voucher must be made to the voucher supplier; and

c. the Promoter shall not be liable for any failure by any participant to redeem the Reward.

Privacy: The details you provide when entering this promotion, namely your name and email address, (personal data) will be used by the Promoter to send you your Prize and will handle your personal data in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available here. Your personal data will at all times be kept confidential and stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be deleted. Your personal data will not be used to for marketing purposes. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to info@kopparberg.co.uk. 15. Privacy general: The Promoter is bound by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable laws. Your personal data will not be used forto marketing purposes.


16. A winner may be asked to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, though for regulatory reasons if a winner is or looks under 25 such publicity will not include photographs of the winner/s.


17. Winner details: The initial and surnames of each of the £10 Tesco Digital Gift Card winners will be available by sending an email to kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk with “Kopparberg Tesco Digital Gift Card Winners” in the subject header to arrive between 10 November 2023 and 1 January 2024. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk. In any case, if a regulatory body requests confirmation of the existence of winners, or evidence of receipt of prizes, the Promoter shall be entitled to disclose the information of any winner to the regulatory body only.


18. The Promoters reserve the right to verify any claimant, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding a Reward or Prize and refuse to award the Reward or Prize or withdraw Reward or Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.


19. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.


20. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.


21. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties.


22. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.


23. TThe Promoter is not liable for third party products or services and Prizes are subject to the relevant supplier’s terms and conditions.


24. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor its associated companies will be responsible or liable to compensate the participant, or accept any liability, for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when claiming a Reward and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.


25. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then that clause shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.


26. All decisions are at the Promoter absolute discretion and are final. No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter.


27. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.


28. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
